靜電除塵器穿墻絕緣子，用于靜電除塵器電暈極母線穿過靜電除塵器殼體的支撐和絕緣。穿墻絕緣子按結(jié)構(gòu)分為組合式和純瓷式，又可分為有傘和無傘倆種。

靜電除塵器穿墻絕緣子嚴(yán)格按照GB/T772-2005《高壓絕緣子瓷件 技術(shù)條件》和B/T6746。3-1993《靜電除塵器用瓷絕緣子》制造。穿墻絕緣子適用于工作溫度不超過250℃、直流工作電壓72KV～100KV，安裝地點(diǎn)海拔高度不超過1000米的工作條件下使用。

組合式穿墻絕緣子由瓷件和金屬附件用耐高溫膠合劑膠裝而成，瓷件法蘭部位采用滾花或上砂結(jié)構(gòu)，瓷件與金屬附件之間墊有緩沖層，防止松動(dòng)。瓷件表面施白釉或棕油，金屬表面涂防銹油漆。

注：不同瓷質(zhì)等級(jí)的瓷件耐溫≤250℃、≤350℃、≤500℃、≤700℃、環(huán)境中使用，工作電壓為72-120KV。

使用各種瓷瓶絕緣子產(chǎn)品時(shí)必須安裝平整受力均勻，運(yùn)行設(shè)備前先給瓷瓶及安裝位置加熱烘干12-24小時(shí)左右（保證瓷瓶及安裝位置清潔干燥，不能有油污等潮濕現(xiàn)象，檢查電壓是否符合要求）才能運(yùn)行設(shè)備），突然升溫降溫會(huì)導(dǎo)致溫差引起瓷瓶炸裂。

The through-wall insulator is suitable for use under working conditions where the working temperature does not exceed 250 ℃, the DC working voltage is 72KV to 100KV, and the altitude of the installation site does not exceed 1000m.

The combined through-wall insulator is made of porcelain and metal accessories bonded with high-temperature resistant adhesive. The flange of the porcelain is of a knurled or sanded structure, and a buffer layer is placed between the porcelain and metal accessories to prevent loosening. The surface of porcelain parts shall be coated with white glaze or brown oil, and the metal surface shall be coated with antirust paint.

Note: Porcelain parts with different porcelain grades can withstand temperatures ≤ 250 ℃, ≤ 350 ℃, ≤ 500 ℃, ≤ 700 ℃, and be used in environments with a working voltage of 72-120 KV.

Lifting and rotating porcelain bottles for electrostatic precipitators are used to drive the rapping and ash cleaning device at the corona electrode side of the electrostatic precipitator, which plays a driving and insulating role.

Porcelain insulators are suitable for use under working conditions where the working temperature does not exceed 250 ℃, the DC working voltage is 72KV to 100KV, and the altitude of the installation site does not exceed 1000m. The torsional failure load shall not be less than 1000N. m.

Porcelain insulators shall strictly comply with GB/T772-2005 Technical Conditions for High Voltage Insulator Porcelain Components and B/T6746. Manufacture of Porcelain Insulators for Electrostatic Precipitators (3-1993). The surface of porcelain pieces shall be painted with white or brown glaze.

Note: Porcelain parts with different porcelain grades can withstand temperatures ≤ 250 ℃, ≤ 350 ℃, ≤ 500 ℃, and be used in environments with a working voltage of 72-120KV

When using various porcelain insulator products, it is necessary to install them smoothly and evenly under uniform stress. Before operating the equipment, heat and dry the porcelain bottle and installation location for about 12-24 hours (ensure that the porcelain bottle and installation location are clean and dry, free of moisture such as oil stains, and check whether the voltage meets the requirements) before operating the equipment. Sudden temperature rise and drop can cause the porcelain bottle to explode due to temperature differences.
